The IT Full-Stack Developer will join a small team that uses new technology to solve front- and backend architecture challenges. You must be a resident and eligible to work in the US. Under minimal supervision, the IT Full-stack Engineer will design and develop applications, working with users to understand and compile requirements. The IT Full-stack Engineer will have primary responsibility for maintaining applications for various business departments.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
  • Build and maintain a React-based client for web and mobile based applications.
  • Perform with a high degree of autonomy and exercise good judgment as a member of the Information Systems team.
  • Identify areas where automation can be implemented and improved and work on cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze, design, build, maintain, and iterate complex information systems and process relationships between them while working closely with and on a variety of cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with the Technical Project Manager to analyze, propose, architect, deploy, maintain, and iterate data and process automation solutions in and around our project ecosystem
  • Create and maintain RPA workflows, preferably using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Take designs from concept to implementation in enterprise business applications, working with teammates from various disciplines.
  • Help to diagnose, fix, and learn from service issues in production.
  • Document and implement API calls to and from various enterprise applications
  • Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensure cross-functional cohesion and collaboration, and foster high levels of confidence in our systems and services both internally and externally
  • Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) and domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Understand relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that apply to the Company.
  • Ensure other department members follow the QMS regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned that support the objective of the position.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

MUST BE RESIDENT AND ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN USA

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 2+ years of experience developing applications.
  • Experience taking designs from concept to implementation of enterprise application solutions
  • Experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js
  • Experience working with relational databases, preferably Postgres
  • Experience with Cloud (preferably Azure), Docker / Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate
  • Proven success in the development and deployment of backend / frontend platforms in a SaaS environment
  • Self-starter and comfortable working autonomously or collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with an agile development approach
  • Highly developed teamwork skills with experience working in cross-collaborative teams
  • Demonstrated success in owning projects end-to-end, including working with non technical
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
