Key Responsibilities
Design and implement People Programs to enhance performance, leadership, engagement, and organizational health
Provide training and coaching to managers, equipping them with tools for effective team management
Manage employee relations, conduct stay and exit interviews, and drive initiatives for engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a People Partnership role, with 4+ years in a startup environment
Experience in program development and continuous improvement
Strong judgment skills for navigating sensitive situations with confidentiality
Working knowledge of employment laws and HRIS platforms
Global experience, particularly in the US, Canada, and the UK
