We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to join The Mews Apartments & Townhomes — a vibrant 352-unit community offering a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Conveniently located in Durham near Duke University, NCCU, Research Triangle Park, I-40, and downtown, this role gives you the opportunity to support a thriving community in one of the area’s most desirable locations.

What We’re Looking For :

HVAC experience (preferred)

General maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.)

Problem-solving mindset and initiative

Strong teamwork and communication skills (bilingual a plus)

Tech savvy with MS Office 365 and mobile device access
