We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as SAP Developer

Mode of Interview : In Person / Webcam

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Work Location : Columbia, SC

Shift : EST

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in SAP development and technical consulting roles, with at least 3 years operating in a senior leadership or director-level capacity.
  • Technical Depth : Expert, hands-on proficiency in ABAP programming (including ABAP on HANA) and modern SAP UI technologies (Fiori, UI5, OData).
  • Consulting Experience : Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions and lead technical teams through full-cycle, large-scale SAP implementations or complex upgrades.
  • Communication : Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of synthesizing complex technical issues for non-technical audiences.
  • Public Sector / Regulated Environment : Demonstrable experience working within a government, public sector, or highly regulated enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications : Current SAP Certified Development Professional (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Cloud / Integration : Strong experience with SAP Cloud Platform / BTP services and integration methodologies (e.g., API management).
  • S / 4HANA : Direct, recent experience developing and optimizing solutions within an SAP S / 4HANA environment.
  • Functional Knowledge : Solid understanding of key administrative modules, particularly SAP FICO, HCM, or MM.
