Residential Construction Project Manager / Luxury Home Project Manager

Location : Nashville, TN

Compensation : $80,000 – $100,000 base + Commission / Bonus + Benefits + Perks

Overview :

We are partnering with a premier custom home builder seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential builds. You'll manage field teams, budgets, client relationships, and drive the success metrics (quality, margin, schedule).

Responsibilities :

Lead projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

Supervise superintendents, subcontractors, and on-site teams; ensure work aligns with design intent and standards.

Maintain client communication, facilitate walkthroughs, address change orders, and manage expectations.

Review subcontractor and vendor invoices; validate against actual work performed.

Update and manage project schedules, track progress, log daily site reports, and proactively resolve delays.

Monitor project margins, analyze cost variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Oversee warranty, punch-list, and post-completion client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

3+ years in residential project management in custom / luxury home building.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with construction management software (BuilderTrend, JobTread, or equivalent).

Excellent communication with clients, trades, and internal stakeholders.

Understanding of architectural drawings, building codes, and construction processes.

Compensation & Incentives :
