As part of a collaborative care team, you’ll help ensure patients receive safe, effective, and personalized care while making a meaningful impact across a culturally diverse community.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care and clinical medication management in an ambulatory care settingCollaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other providers to optimize therapeutic outcomesEvaluate and monitor drug therapy through clinical assessment and patient interactionDocument and communicate findings, recommendations, and treatment plansContribute to the advancement of pharmacy services and support quality improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking For
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited schoolLicensed Pharmacist (State of Massachusetts)2–4+ years of pharmacy practice experience ideal but not required (direct patient care preferred)Current BLS certificationValid Driver’s LicenseBoard certification (BPS or CDCES) preferredStrong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhy Join Us
