Locum CRNA needed near Granbury, TX starting as soon as credentialed.

• Full-time consistent 40hrs per week
• Level 3 Trauma Facility
• 3 POS Daily
• Care Team Model; 1MD : 5CRNA (Very Autonomous for CRNAs)
• Cases : Cataracts, General, Lappies, GI, OB, Minor GYN, Ortho, Some Dental Peds
• Credentialing : 60-90 days
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days
• $Competitive Hourly pay + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
