Inbound Sales Representative

Zito Media currently has an opening for an Inbound Sales Representative in the Coudersport office to serve as the primary customer point of contact for inbound sales calls of Zito Media's video, voice and high-speed Internet services. To be considered for this position, applicant must provide an updated resume reflecting the required skill relating to this position. Essential functions :

• Receive and process sales transactions including scheduling install work orders in the billing system and notating accounts with proper information at the time of sale.
• Demonstrate upsell capabilities to add additional units on sales opportunities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, metrics-based sales environment.
• Continually demonstrate superior sales skills.
• Must be prompt, punctual and have regular attendance.
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident.
