A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive sales excellence and empower the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a scalable enablement roadmap aligned with revenue and growth goals
Design and track enablement programs to increase win rates and improve pipeline conversion
Oversee the creation and distribution of impactful sales collateral and manage training and onboarding programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM programs, or sales operations within SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise B2B environments
Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs that improve sales performance
Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles; healthcare or AI / clinical workflow experience preferred
Mastery of enablement tools and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence and drive adoption
