We’re looking for an experienced Shop Mechanic to join our Kilgore, Texas team. The ideal candidate will have strong diesel engine experience, diagnostic capability, and a hands-on approach to maintaining and repairing our fleet of Class 8 trucks and trailers.

• Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds on
• Detroit 60 Series, CAT C15, Cummins ISX / X15, and Paccar MX13
• engines.
• Utilize
• Insite, CAT ET,
• and comparable diagnostic software to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Service and replace consumable components, including
• tires, brakes, wheel seals,
• and other wear items.
• Troubleshoot and repair
• electrical and ABS wiring
• systems.
• Diagnose and correct
• Regen / aftertreatment system issues.
• Perform basic
• hydraulic system
• repairs (preferred).
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold safety and quality standards in all work performed.
• Qualifications
• Minimum
• 5 years of verifiable diesel engine experience
• (heavy-duty truck focus).
• Proficiency with diagnostic programs such as
• Insite, CAT ET,
• or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of
• mechanical, electrical, and braking systems.
• Hydraulic system experience is a plus.
• Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
