Requirement : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Location : Michigan
Coverage : 8's and 10's with NO call, NO holidays, NO weekends and NO O.T.
License : An active Michigan state license is required
Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
EMR : EPIC (level 1) and Cerner (level 2) are both used
Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Other Details : Providers will operate within a 4 : 1 supervision model, and due to the high level of autonomy among CRNAs, candidates must be comfortable working in near-independent settings. Assignments will include credentialing at both Level I and Level II hospitals, with the exception of transplant cases, which are not performed. Orientation will be provided on the first day along with shadowing opportunities with current CRNAs. While a COVID-19 vaccine is not required, a flu vaccination is mandatory, with exemption request forms available upon inquiry. Scheduling will likely occur on a weekly basis, and a minimum commitment of 90 days is expected.
