UnitedHealth Group seeks an experienced Sr. Manager of Data Engineering to help support and grow our People Team - People Analytics function. This position will help to support the needs of the community, including human capital, talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, and many more. The role will enable data solutions, implement and manage security, and interface with the user community, business stakeholders, and technology partners. This role will capture and define requirements for the development of new features and techniques needed by the community, manage technical projects, as well as troubleshoot existing functionality when needed. The role will also be accountable for ongoing training on best practices as technologies change.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
