Manager, Emerging Talent Programs
This role will be based in Mountain View, CA or San Francisco, CA.

We are looking for a Manager of Emerging Talent Programs to reimagine and lead the next generation of entry-level pipeline programs at LinkedIn. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of early identification and internship programs, guiding a team of five program managers and ensuring alignment with business outcomes across both technical and non-technical roles.
Reporting to the Director of Emerging Talent, you will play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving innovation, and building scalable programs that meet the evolving needs of our workforce. You'll bring a bold, forward-thinking mindset with an eye toward AI adoption, speed to execution, and first-of-its-kind experiences to reimagine the recruitment lifecycle and transform how we attract, engage, and prepare entry-level talent.
This position is hybrid and based in the Bay Area Mountain View or San Francisco. Regular participation in program events and in-office engagements will be required.

The pay range for this role is $116,000 to $189,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
