💰 Hourly Wage : $19.65 base + $4-$7 / hour incentive pay after training

💼 Shift Options : Swing shift rotation | Overtime and weekend / holiday availability required

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Perform daily clean-up and housekeeping tasks

✅ Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and bobcats

✅ Conduct routine maintenance (lubrication, inspections)

✅ Move and manage raw materials and finished products

✅ Follow detailed safety protocols and SOPs

✅ Train and support new team members

✅ Take on various tasks as assigned by leadership

Job Requirements : 🔹 Must be able to :

• Climb stairs / ladders, work at heights, and in confined spaces
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive motion and physical tasks
• Work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise, humidity)
