About the Role

As a bartender on our founding team, you'll be mixing more than drinksyoull be crafting an experience that reflects our mission of laid-back luxury . Whether youre slinging classics, shaking something fresh, or simply pouring with purpose, your presence behind the bar sets the tone.

What Youll Do

  • Create cocktails with confidence and care, balancing speed and precision
  • Guide guests through our cocktail list, spirits, and wine offerings
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar at all times
  • Engage authentically with guestsbuilding connections, not just cocktails
  • Collaborate with the bar team and FOH to ensure smooth service
  • Uphold bar prep, restock, and breakdown duties
  • Monitor guest experienceread the room, anticipate needs, and adjust accordingly

    • What You Bring

  • 23 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or elevated setting
  • Foundational knowledge of craft cocktails and a desire to keep learning
  • A cool head, warm demeanor, and fast hands
  • Ability to stay composed during rushes and always keep it guest-first
  • Comfortable multitasking without compromising quality
  • Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
  • Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
