Job Title : Logistics - Shipping and Receiving Clerk II

Work Location : San Juan Capistrano CA 92675

Pay : $24 to $27.21 / hr

Shift : Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm

Monday - Friday 6am - 2 : 30pm

Contract : 6+ Months + possible Extension

Job Summary :

Responsible for executing tasks related to the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations within a fast-paced supply fulfillment center. Ensures inventory accuracy and efficient order processing, while maintaining safety and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming shipments; breakdown pallets and boxes using cutting tools.
• Put away materials into storage racks or flow racks.
• Build boxes, initiate orders on the line, and perform pre-packaging / counting tasks.
• Pick and pack orders using appropriate materials (e.g., air pillows, tape guns).
• Affix shipping labels, prepare pallets, and load trucks.
• Complete material transfers, physical inventory, and offline order fulfillment.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and company policies.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
