Title : CTV Creative Project Manager Industry : Entertainment Location : New York, NY Length : 12+ months Rate Range : $80-$91.25 / hr Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Description : We are looking for a skilled and experienced Creative Project Manager to join and support the CTV Paid Media team. The ideal candidate is passionate about streaming and digital marketing, thrives in a creative environment, and brings a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to their work. The CTV Creative Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of over-the-top / connected TV (OTT / CTV) paid media campaigns across our device partner platforms (Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, Comcast, LG, Vizio, etc.). This role will work closely with theStrategy and Design teams to gain a deep understanding of priority campaigns and timelines, facilitating timely & accurate delivery of creative assets and ensuring all campaigns launch on time. This includes managing workback timelines, team workflows, and fostering clear communication to drive team success. Responsibilities : Assist the Domestic CTV Paid Media team in our paid media creative workflows for all major device partner platforms (Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Samsung, etc) Manage full 360 creative asset process from inception to end of campaign including highly custom creative executions Source creative campaign information from cross-functional stakeholders Draft creative briefs, and track creative process from proposal through approval and campaign launch Brief CTV team on upcoming title timelines and drive discussion of campaign priorities & needs Establish and drive campaign timelines Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like brand, legal, and strategy for campaign creative approvals Ensure all campaigns are set up with proper creative assets and tracking to enable full campaign attribution and launch with flawless execution Lead workflows for high priority initiatives like promotions and product launches Maintain daily dashboards for project tracking and task management to ensure team alignment and visibility, proactively escalating issues as necessary Schedule key review and stakeholder meetings, capturing feedback, action items, and next steps Assist in refining and maintaining project documentation and tools Develop new and innovative processes to accomplish goals while saving the team time Basic Qualification : 3+ years of experience in managing processes and timelines for marketing or creative teams, ideally within paid media, digital media, or entertainment environments. Expertise in project management software and organizational tools, such as Airtable, with a strong understanding of how to leverage them to streamline workflows and drive project success. In-depth knowledge of design and production workflows, particularly related to digital production assets. Exceptional attention to detail, combined with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills, with a talent for understanding team needs, asking the right questions, and proactively seeking feedback to keep projects on track. Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage confidential information Highly adaptive with ability to take direction from multiple partners, balance numerous projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and optimally work in a fast-paced environment.
