This position is situated in the Auburn Online offices located in Foy Hall. The Course Production team members will help to create accessible Canvas courses by assisting instructional designers with various tasks to ensure quality course development (includes but is not limited to the duties listed below). This position supports a hybrid work model.

Essential Functions Under supervision and guidance of the Team Lead and Project Coordinator, the individual in this position will perform a range of work matching their skillset, including but not limited to :

• Transfer content from instructor resources onto Canvas page(s)
• Create video transcript PDF files
• Embed videos / audios and associated transcripts
• Build question banks
• Create course graphics for learning subject matter content
• Identify, optimize and embed photos and graphics on pages
• Create multimedia presentations for use in courses or video production
• Create interactive learning objects and activities
• Create accessible charts / graphs / diagrams
• Create animations, animated movies and 3D models
• Communicate regularly with team members, Team Lead, and Project Coordinator on work tasks and progress
