Key Responsibilities
Build and lead onboarding programs for new sales hires
Develop ongoing training initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness
Manage and optimize the sales enablement tech stack and measure program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or a related role, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programs
Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes in B2B SaaS environments
Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Salesloft
Ability to analyze sales performance data for actionable insights
