• Provide specialized nursing care in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Work as part of a rapid response team with must be cleared to start by 10 / 28
• Patient ratios vary from 1 : 1 to 1 : 4 depending on acuity level
• Float to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother Baby units (babies only)
• Work every other weekend schedule
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Minimum 2 years Level III or higher NICU experience required
• Required certification : NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Preferred certifications : Stable and NIC-RNC
• Work with electronic medical records using Cerner system
• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs
• Day shift staffing includes 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 respiratory therapists, and tech support
