Full-Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and scale the user-facing and backend components of an agentic AI platform, enabling intuitive visibility into model and data governance, performance, and compliance. Individual developers will focus within a team environment on either UX / Front-End Development or Agentic Agent Integration.

UX / Front-End Development

• Build responsive, human-centered dashboards that allow analysts and stakeholders to view, search, and interact with model / data cards, performance scorecards, and compliance status.
• Implement intuitive interfaces to visualize agent behavior, decision flows, and operational states, supporting human-in-the-loop feedback.
• Collaborate with UX designers to incorporate gamified and feedback-driven UI patterns that encourage best-practice analytic behavior.
