Job Details
We’re looking for a corporate associate with at least three years of experience to join our nationally recognized team. Our practice spans private equity, M&A, and capital markets, and we offer early responsibility and exposure to high-impact transactions.
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise due diligence processes
Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents
Manage and facilitate closings across a variety of industries
Work closely with partners and clients in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
