Gynecologic Oncology Opening in Colorado Springs, CO Full-time, PermanentSeeking a Gynecologic Oncology Physician to join a high-volume, well-established practice located at a large Level I trauma center. Work in a busy downtown practice with a seasoned staff and existing partner Strong referral base from 11 primary care clinics and 4 OB / GYN clinics in the region Dedicated support from a GynOnc Nurse Navigator, GYN-specialized Radiation Oncologist, and Pathologists Additional support from 1 APP, nurses, and contracted physicians Access to da Vinci XI robotic surgical system and onsite infusion center On-site ancillary services include pelvic physical therapy, cancer nutrition, and counseling Option to participate in research and clinical trials Optional teaching with medical students Operate at a 368-bed Level I trauma center Average of 15â€"22 patients per day (adults only), mostly outpatient EMR : Epic Call & Schedule Shared call rotation 1 : 2 (weekends only when on call) Low call volume â€" hospitalists admit patients; calls are primarily consults Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB / GYN and Gynecologic Oncology (must be within 5 years of residency for BE) Fellowship-trained in Gynecologic Oncology (must be completed prior to start) Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain DEA license required prior to start Clean malpractice history strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary range : $495,000 â€" $550,000 annually (additional quality / productivity bonuses may apply) Paid malpractice insurance CME allowance 403(b) with employer matching; optional 457(b) Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term and long-term disability Paid family and medical leave Relocation assistance (if applicable) Wellness and employee discount programs Additional voluntary benefits : HSA, FSA, pet insurance, identity theft protection
