Job Responsibilities
Event Coordination : Manage the full event lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Sales Support : Assist with sales strategies to meet revenue targets and support client needs.
Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying upsell opportunities.
Vendor Management : Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure event success.
Revenue Growth : Identify opportunities to drive additional revenue through event services and group bookings.
Social Media Engagement : Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content that promotes upcoming events, enhances brand awareness, and attracts potential clients.
Salary range for this position starts at (based on experience) : $21.00-25.00 hour. Full Time Associates at the Sheraton Minneapolis West are eligible for group health insurance including, Medical, Dental, Vision and life insurance. Additional benefits include Parental Maternity Leave, 401k and Paid Time Off Accrual.
