Now Hiring : Compassionate Caregivers & Home Health Aides

Pay : $15.50-$17.50 / hour (depending on availability, length of experience, and skillset)

Shifts : Flexible scheduling - part-time, full-time, and potential overnights available for those with a high skillset

We are not a standard 9-5 agency - schedules are created based on each client's individual needs and wants, and we do adhere to their preferences. Shifts can range anywhere from 1 to 14 hours, and no two schedules look the same.

We proudly serve Washtenaw County, Livingston County, and the city of Belleville - with our main base of clients located in Washtenaw County. All caregivers must be prepared to travel into Washtenaw County, if they are applying outside the area.

What You'll Do :

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Maintain a safe environment and follow care plans
• Support mobility and transfers
• Communicate observations and changes to the office promptly

What We're Looking For :

• A caring, dependable, and professional nature
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (required)
• Reliable transportation, valid ID, and verifiable car insurance (hard requirement)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Minimum travel time requirement : You must be willing and able to travel up to 30 minutes for assignments. This does not mean you will always travel that far, but it is a requirement for placement flexibility.
