Job Description

The Manufacturing Plant Manager will oversee the development and operations of a new 16-acre facility in Farmington, New Mexico. In this role, the manager will lead a newly formed team to ensure performance, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of the new facility and oversee hiring and training of a workforce of 10-20 employees
• Develop and maintain specifications, procedures, and quality standards for the plastic lining of steel pipe
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for materials and technologies
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure products meet performance and project requirements
• Oversee technicians and provide mentorship to junior staff
• Drive innovation in pipeline products and remain current with industry standards and best practices

$90,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
