As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure atmosphere within a prestigious retail environment. Your main responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help prevent unwanted activity, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. You will also interact directly with employees, visitors, and customers, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication at all times. What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to observe for unusual or suspicious activity. Document and report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees. Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to the varying environments and conditions typical of retail and mall settings.

Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
