The Microelectronic Supply Chain Manager oversees the planning, sourcing, production, and distribution of components and finished products across the microelectronics value chain.

Develop strategic partnerships to ensure reliable access to critical materials

Forecast demand for electronic components and finished products, often using advanced analytics and market intelligence

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality) to align supply availability with product development cycles

Identify and mitigate risks such as supply chain disruptions

Qualifications : Required :

• Masters degree in Industrial Engineering
• Active Secret Clearance
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain and network operations
• 4+ years of management / lead experience within supply chain to include :
• Experience with supply chain operations in the public sector
• Experience managing process improvement and design
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in Alexandria or McLean
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve
