Data Governance, Associate Director
Join our Finance Transformation team as a Data Governance, Associate Director to lead the development and enforcement of our enterprise-wide data governance framework. This role is a key driver in establishing and enforcing our enterprise data governance framework, with a special focus on implementing data policies and standards for finance master data. You will contribute to finance data strategy initiatives by ensuring data is managed effectively to deliver business value, maintain integrity, and support organizational goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting, computer science, information management, or related field. Minimum of 8+ years combined experience in accounting, financial reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role. Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices. Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of master data management concepts, including data modeling, data mapping and data quality management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex data governance and master data management issues. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Proven ability to connect data governance to broader business strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
