Premier at Perry Village to hire a dedicated PRN  Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their rehabilitation team in New Bloomfield, PA. This is a great opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered care that helps residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

What You’ll Do :

Deliver individualized occupational therapy services and implement treatment plans developed by the primary OT

Collaborate with the rehab team to tailor programs based on each resident’s needs

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on effective techniques to support ongoing therapy goals

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to gather data, set goals, and measure progress

What You’ll Bring :
