Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 years of housekeeping experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to use cleaning materials, supplies and equipment (vacuums, buffers, laundry equipment, etc.)
- Able to collaborate effectively with subordinate staff and peers
Performance Expectations
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of an assigned group of Housekeepers or an assigned area of the facility.
- Train staff in proper work procedures, safety, and customer service.
- Regularly inspect guestrooms ensuring they are clean, restocked and straightened.
- Respond promptly to guests needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest.
- Clean guest rooms along with assigned staff as hotel needs require.
