Psychiatrist will provide diagnostic evaluation and treatment to patients on the Mental Health Inpatient Unit as well as outpatients (50 / 50 split) Provide ongoing review, assessment, and medical management of patients receiving psychotropic medications. Provides consultation to members of the interdisciplinary professional staff, as necessary, concerning patients for whom the Psychiatrist carries responsibility. Provide psychiatric consultation regarding any patient with complex or unique needs. Provide professional education and training to other staff. Complete documentation for all direct psychiatric services provided.
