Job Description
Our client is searching for an Operations Assistant for their company located in Southwest Houston. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. The salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 per year.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and e-mail and provide clear and professional communication.
- Process customer orders and keep customers routinely updated on the status of their orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to operations.
- Assist with daily shipping and receiving of small products (Fed-Ex, UPS, and USPS).
- Identify areas of improvement and support the implementation of new processes.
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties.
Requirements :
