Senior Business Analyst Consultant

A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst Consultant, Group Risk Capability Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end risk adjustment strategy and execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Oversee the deployment and optimization of point-of-care tools within Epic to improve risk coding

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable system enhancements

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business requirement documentation, technical solutions, and data analysis

3+ years of experience with risk adjustment models, including documentation and submission requirements

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Knowledge of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regulations

Ability to manage assigned work with minimal oversight
