Job Title : Tech Lead

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Duration : Direct Hire

Summary :

The Technical Lead will be a senior technical voice within this new venture, reporting into the Technical Director and responsible for the technical aspects implementation of our NFT solutions for specific clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for technical decisions within a client portfolio and for their successful execution
  • Lead by example, exemplifying excellent engineering standards and processes and helping others in the engineering team to meet that bar
  • Understand technical issues specific to particular client implementations and come up with innovative solutions
  • Lead, coach and mentor software engineers on the team while also making a significant personal contribution
  • Recruit and retain great people to the team and company

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience building on Ethereum most welcome, but a strong interest coupled with deep technical expertise would suffice
  • Experience implementing customer-facing platforms with exceptional user experiences at scale
  • Experience leading technical teams or as a senior engineer
  • Track record of delivery
  • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to Client audiences
  • Prior experience working in news technology or media a plus, but not necessary
