A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative & Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 technical support, responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Assist the Founder and Lead Developer by managing task intake, prioritization, and tracking progress
Maintain communication with team members and customers to ensure requests are organized and prioritized
Required Qualifications
Must reside in North or South America and work 9-5 Eastern or Central Time
Proven comfort with technology; experience with databases is a plus
Ability to stay organized and collaborate with a remote team
Comfortable working independently from home
A patient and empathetic approach to communication
