You will have complete ownership of the admissions ecosystem at either our Scottsdale or San Francisco campus—no team to manage, no bureaucratic hurdles, just your vision and execution from first inquiry to enrollment. What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver personalized responses to all prospective family inquiries within our 4‑hour guarantee
  • Craft and conduct immersive campus tours and events that demonstrate our accelerated learning model in action
  • Orchestrate the complete admissions journey : application processing, shadow day experiences, decision communications, and seamless onboarding
  • Maintain impeccable HubSpot and SIS records to support data‑driven weekly analysis and reporting
  • Continuously refine admissions materials, FAQs, and procedures based on market insights and implement conversion optimization strategies

    Basic Requirements

  • Demonstrated 5+ year track record managing comprehensive admissions processes at a selective, fee‑based academic institution
  • Verifiable success in competitive enrollment management from initial contact through final acceptance
  • Polished communication style and professional presence when engaging with affluent clientele
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentational communication abilities
  • Exemplary organizational capabilities : demonstrated CRM expertise (particularly HubSpot), efficient scheduling practices, and meticulous detail management
  • Current residence in or willingness to relocate to either Scottsdale, AZ or San Francisco, CA
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements

    Working with us
