East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis only . This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly rates, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a warm, collaborative, and team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do as an OTA :

Provide hands-on therapeutic support under the direction of the Occupational Therapist

Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents improve function and independence

Educate residents on exercises and assistive techniques for daily living

Monitor and document resident progress and communicate updates to the care team

Support a holistic, resident-centered approach to care

What We’re Looking For :

Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Georgia

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred (skilled nursing or rehab setting)

Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills

Passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life

Availability for PRN shifts only
