## Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end product / UI / UX experience with a strong web / app portfolio
• Expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components / variants), prototyping, and design systems
• Proven ability to run usability research and translate insights into shippable designs
• Solid grasp of CRO, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Experience collaborating with devs (design tokens, specs, assets) in agile sprints
• Excellent written English and asynchronous communication; ability to overlap ≥4 hrs PT## Key Responsibilities
• Own discovery through delivery : user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web experiences
• Define and evolve our multi-brand design system to drive consistency and velocity
• Plan and conduct usability tests; synthesize findings into clear recommendations
• Partner with Content / SEO and Paid Media to align UX with growth and conversion goals
• Deliver interactive prototypes and developer-ready specs; support QA through launch
