Landcrafters Florida is a leading landscape management company known for its commitment to excellence and quality. We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Installation Production Manager to lead our landscape and irrigation installation projects. This hands-on leadership role involves managing job sites and crews to ensure top-quality work. If you are passionate about landscaping, enjoy working outdoors, and have a knack for team leadership, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage landscape and irrigation installation projects from start to finish.
  • Lead and coordinate crews to ensure high-quality work and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor job sites for efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet project goals and expectations.
  • Ensure timely project completion while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in landscape and irrigation installations
  • Strong leadership and crew management skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and ensure job site efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality landscaping
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • FNGLA Horticulture Certification Exam required within 6 months.
  • Rain Bird or Hunter Irrigation Training required within 6 months.

    • Compensation

    Competitive Pay – $26 / hr + monthly performance bonuses
