As a  Cook  at  Lakeside Generation , you will partner with the Dietary Manager and Regional Dietitian to plan menus. You will use your creativity to make culinary delights using fresh, high-end ingredients. Your passion for cooking nutritious and appetizing meals will be highly valued by our residents. The ideal candidate has 12 years of commercial cooking experience and is comfortable following recipes and dietary guidelines.

Position Type : Full-Time, benefit eligible position available including working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Shifts Available :

Days 5 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM

Wage Range : $17.60 - $21.45 / hour depending on experience

Location :   439 William Avenue East, Dassel MN 55325

Cook Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
• Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
• Observe and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.
• Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
• Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
