College Co-op Cash Application Analyst (MJ)

The Cash Application team is responsible for accurately applying both premium and non-premium payments, including the reconciliation of all funds received. This function is essential to maintaining financial integrity and supporting the broader goals of the Finance Division.

The co-op will support the Cash Application team through a combination of recurring responsibilities and ad-hoc projects. Tasks may be deadline-driven or require same-day completion. A key assignment will involve conducting trend analysis to help reduce unnecessary inquiries, culminating in a presentation of findings and recommendations to business partners.

Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) :

• Processing and reconciling payments
• Supporting daily operations and generating reports
• Conducting research and analysis on payment trends
• Preparing and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with team members and cross-functional partners

Required Skills and Qualifications : The ideal candidate will demonstrate :

Accepted Majors :

Classification : Junior, Senior, Recent Graduate within one year or less of the programs start date

GPA Requirement : 3.1 or higher
