About the Job

We are looking for Restaurant Crew Members to assist with daily tasks for pur newest MSC Restaurant in Fairhope. Job is pretty easy, you’ll perform routine kitchen or front of the house tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, according to recipes. We'll train, but you have to be able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. You need to be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

• Follow the prep list to execute duties.
• Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.
• Measure ingredients for recipes.
• Prepare sandwich ingredients by slicing and dicing vegetables, cheeses, etc.
• Prepare simple dishes such as sandwiches, salads, burgers.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Operate the Cash Register or perform other kitchen duties as assigned. (washing dishes)
