About The Position

Specialty accepted : Neurology NP or PA

Start date or shifts : ASAP – Ongoing

Daily schedule : 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM; no call required; estimated 20 shifts per month

Practice setting : Hospital

Types of cases : Stroke alerts, general neurology, inpatient rounding, new consults, pre- and post-operative endovascular management, ED and transfer evaluations, intermittent clinic in-basket management

Ages : Adults

Requirements : Active Illinois license, Board Certified or Board Eligible, ACLS, BLS, DEA, CSR license, minimum 1 year experience

Additional information : Inpatient neurology APP role focused on stroke and general neurology. Responsibilities include rounding, consults, stroke response, and care coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Full privileges available. EMR is Epic. Credentialing estimated at 90 days. Travel and lodging benefits available per policy.
