Role Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will work directly with the partners and leadership team to ensure the business operates efficiently day-to-day. Responsibilities include :
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings / appointments
- Handling email and phone communications on behalf of the executive team
- Organizing invoices, documents, and maintaining accurate records (electronic and paper)
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assisting with accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- Acting as a liaison between the executives, staff, and clients
- Supporting special projects and taking ownership of follow-up items
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (experience in accounting, finance, or professional services a plus)Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlinesExcellent communication skills and professional phone / email etiquetteHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with other office / communication softwareA proactive mindset—able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
