The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Event Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll plan, coordinate, and execute events that drive brand awareness, engage prospects and customers, and support our overall marketing strategy. You’ll oversee strategy, budget, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless, memorable experiences that showcase our brand and products.

What You’ll Do

Plan, organize, and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, internal company events, and customer appreciation events.

  • Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, AV setup, signage, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event themes, branding materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track and oversee event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to generate leads and follow-up strategies from event participation.
  • Maintain event calendars, manage timelines, and provide post-event reporting and analytics on ROI, attendance, and engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities for event sponsorships, partnerships, or speaking engagements.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing and event tools (e.g., HubSpot, Eventbrite, Asana, Canva, Zoom, or similar).
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for creating impactful experiences.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating corporate or B2B events.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
