Position Highlights : Amazing Work / Life Balance - Enjoy 3 clinic days, 1 OR day, and 1 in-house call day each week. Low Call- 1 : 7 with post-call day off Quick ramp-up- 15-25 patients per day, ensuring a steady but manageable caseload. Compensation & Benefits : Base salary up to $570,000 plus lucrative RVU incentives. 25 days of paid time off, plus 2 weeks for CME.
