A company is looking for a HIM Cert Coder / Quality Review Analyst OP Team A.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality reviews of internal and vendor coding team members to ensure compliance with coding guidelines
Provide coding education and feedback based on quality review outcomes
Review and respond to coding denials and assist in editing appeal letters as needed
Required Qualifications
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent coding certification
Experience in coding and quality review processes
Ability to analyze denied claims and identify trends
Familiarity with coding systems and standards
Participation in onboarding and training of new coders
