20% off at your community or $100 off elsewhere in our portfolio Hourly pay : $22–$24 / hour based on experience Leasing commission : $75 per lease signed Hiring Bonus : $1,000 total ($300 on your first paycheck, $700 after 6 months) What You’ll Be Doing Greet and guide prospective residents in both English and Spanish Conduct tours and explain leasing features with clarity and warmth Complete applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently Provide responsive and compassionate customer service to residents Maintain organized leasing records and software entries (Yardi & Rent Café preferred) Contribute to a supportive, respectful community environment Saturdays are required Work Location & Flexibility This position requires working at multiple property locations wit hin the city.Reliable personal transportation is essential, as you will need to commute between sites depending on scheduling needs.Flexibility to travel across different parts of town is a must.Collaboration & Management Styles You will report directly to different managers, each with their own leadership style.We are seeking someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and able to work effectively under multiple management approaches while maintaining consistent performance.You Bring :
