Senior Analyst, Business Compliance

As a Senior Analyst, Business Compliance at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will be responsible for creating, documenting, and monitoring key policies, procedures, controls, and processes for the management of various business functions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Business Compliance, you will play an integral role in the wider Fanatics Betting & Gaming team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced written communicator who is a natural problem solver and has an impeccable attention to detail. With a focus on both process efficiency and documentation, they will bring thoughtful, effective ideas and solutions to a rapidly growing organization, contributing at a hands-on level. They have an appetite for digging in and defining what needs to be done while managing a variety of projects and relationships in a rapidly expanding business.

Responsibilities

• Develop necessary regulatory documentation to establish and maintain operational compliance
• Develop effective policies and procedures that align with our Compliance strategy
• Assist in ensuring that established policies and procedures are being followed across different teams and departments.
• Assist the business in identifying and documenting issues and risks, as well as corrective action
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
• Support key verticals such as Trading, Product, and Marketing to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Monitor resolution of open audit findings
• Effectively manage multiple projects with clear and consistent communication.
